This is the best place. We took my daughters dog there after he was attacked by another dog. They fit us in and took care of my daughters dog. Very reasonable on prices. Awesome and caring staff.
I've been bringing my dog and two cats to Ark since I moved here in 2013. All of the vets we've seen here have been excellent. I especially like both of the Dr. Kellys. They both have a wonderful bedside manner with the animals. The vet techs here are very patient and knowledgeable and will always take the time to answer all of your questions. I'm not sure how much blood your dog has to vomit to be considered important, at least 6 times in less than 12 hours and a ER visit the night before and being told yes you can get him in right away, being left sitting over 30 mins after a 10 min unfriendly sign in for a dog that has been your patient for years is as uncaring ad it gets. No....wait....your receptionist had to top it when I came to desk after no one took him back and insults us with " well is hid vomiting worse? Cause were busy". Screw you! They are very accommodating and don't force you to go the expensive route. They try inexpensive first and everyone is very nice.
Love them. They are so kind to the animals. We have been there for 15 years
