I used to be very happy with ark for my personal pets but the last 3 years went downhill fast for me personally. Thankfully I've found a new amazing vet closer to me. They always give you different drs and you get one answer on the phone different in person. My big dog has fear aggression which they know. I called to see if I could bring him as a walk in because he had a seizure that night and was told yeah. When I got there I was turned away and told to bring him back Monday with a sedative. Need to hire people up front that know the business ! Doctors are great - just getting info to them is a challenge. Back and forth with different people each visit because communication between them is poor.
Very friendly , they remembered us, felt very secure that they would tak care of my animal and would definitely recommend them to anybody else who needs quick treatment
I can't say enough good things about this place. Even on their busiest of days, they still take their time with each patient and they are so kind. I have 2 cats that have been there and they are awesome!

Had to take our 15 year old mix in to be put to sleep, Dr. Janskie was (as always) so caring and gentle with our precious girl. They certainly made this horrible day as easy on us as they could. All the girls were sympathetic and caring. Have always had good experiences with Ark! RIP Shadow, we will miss you terribly!
My Riley has diabetes and the Dr works very hard to keep her under control. Most recently they squeezed me in when Riley had some sort of intestinal upset with bad diarrhea, not eating and just generally out of it. They did the blood tests, started her on antibiotics and iv fluids and she came around. Thank you to the Doctors and staff for caring enough to just be there for us and our fur babies!!
