Always been great to every family member or found animal brought there.
My sister had found a very tiny 3 week old kitten. She had wounds and needed attention ASAP. Ark took the kitten with open arms and without hesitation to get her help immediately. God bless y’all for helping the helpless animals and giving them a chance.

I’m new to the area...Took my dog Jilly to Ark today...I didn’t have an appointment (on a Saturday) so I was put on the fill in/walk in list. The wonderful, friendly staff and Dr. Jansky did everything they could to accommodate us. Thank you!
Ark Animal is the best vet we've ever been to. We left another local vet office in Conway after being charged a ridiculous amount of money for something Ark charged less than $50 for! They truly care about the animals! I love that they have extended weekday hours and open on Saturdays.
We have been taking our dachshunds to Ark for 15 years, and they have always been wonderful, saving our babies multiple times from dog attacks, cancer, food allergies, and a rare blood disorder requiring transfusions. But this week I must commend Julie, a vet tech who was patient with me several different times when I needed to be trained in how to void the bladder of our recently (and hopefully temporarily) paralyzed dachshund Fiona, who herniated a disc. Julie was so kind to this freaked out doxie mom!
