absolutely horrible experience with free shot clinic today. unorganized, late showing up, volunteers and the volunteer coordinator rude and disrespectful! I got my tag but didnt even get my shots so now what do i do?
RecommendedWonderful caring staff. Prices are reasonable and seems like they’re not just out there to make a dollar off of your sick pets, which is hard to find. I had issues making it to appointments due to work and they let my bearded dragon stay overnight and treated him, in order to see him sooner, without charging overnight fees. All around a great place.
We found some baby Robbins at my job who no longer had a mother. i called Ark & they took them without any question. VERY NICE STAFF! I will be taking my own fur baby here from now on. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!
The veterinarians and staff are very understanding, have patience with both the owners and their pet, additionally very compassionate. It is quite obvious we are not the only ones that feel this way, judging by their waiting area. Word of advice, if you can, make an appointment. They do take walk in's but it could be a wait. Not long but a wait. Thank you everyone there.

I brought my 2.5 year old dog in Wednesday before 6pm because I believed he had suffered a seizure. The doctor examined my dog and drew blood. I was told I would receive a call with the results by Friday at the latest. It’s 10 minutes before closing on Saturday. I’ve called twice today, and only spoken to Sally. First call I was told she would send a reminder to the doctor, second call I was told “no call backs were made today.” I explained that I was disappointed since I paid for a service. Best place to go when you have an animal who doesn’t feel well the last time I was here was with my wife and our cat Gandalf he was not feeling well and they took excellent care of him. They also understood our financial situation and worked with us. These people are very friendly and kind to the pet parents and patients. I would love to give this place a 10 but I can only rate it a 5 kudos to the staff
