I will no longer use Ark after 10 years. I had to let my dog go yesterday and I’m not only heartbroken but the manner in which they handled my dog was disgusting and I am so angry. The check in staff was fine but the nurse and vet were horribly insensitive. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad visits. Most entailed repeated visits because the medications never worked. Really sad.
RecommendedI love this place. Dr. Andrews basically saved my dogs. They had been so sick for so long, she was able to do some test and amazing how much better my dogs are doing. The staff is always so nice. Would highly recommend Ark Animal Hospital

During this pandemic it had put tremendous pressure on the Veterinarians. Ark Animal Hospital has done a great job in social distancing and how they are handling clients via their vehicle. It’s not perfect as they can’t give out numbers to whoever is first but they try to respond fairly. We been going there since 2003 and have been totally satisfied with their service to our fur babies.
Lucy is healing well from her surgery yesterday! She seems to be doing good and being her normal self. Not much coming from the drain so that is a great sign! Thank you Dr Jansky for making her a priority! We appreciate your kindness!
They took in a baby squirrel that we had found in our neighborhood. I called right before closing and they gave me advice on how to care for it overnight so we could get it to them first thing the next day. Very greatful!
Great Drs & staff have always had a wonderful experience at Ark !
