They actually were good with our pup, but when we needed to euthanize him immediately, they said the next appt was 5 days later! Shame on you during an emotional time! Went to Murrells Inlet Animal Hospital, who was very helpful and caring.
Their ‘medication refill’ line tells you to leave your name, #, pertinent info and they’ll call you back. HAHA. If you can go in Walmart with a mask, why can’t you go in the vet office??? Staff runs around and just doesn’t get much accomplished.
Very unprofessional, Ive been taking my dogs there since moving to MB but the service has definitely changed.
Vet was previously amazing when Jansky was here....now staff are definitely not as friendly and warm. Had an issue with a receptionist insinuating that I was a liar and actually hanging up the phone on me (and admitting to doing so). Hate that I have to find a new vet, but it’s what has to be done. Also, fair warning, they will try anything in their power to make sure you have prescriptions filled with them and not an outside source due to pricing. Nightmare. Never had this issue any year previously until Jansky retired! :(

RecommendedLove Dr.Andrews! The majority of her staff are awesome, especially April. They triage in the parking lot. They’re patient with our pets and us. I’m sure they’re overwhelmed due to Covid 19. I know they’re doing the best they can.

Been going there seven years very professional and do good kob
We have been trying to get someone to see our dog and they're terrible getting back to us. We left messages and no response, receptionist said they don't always check them. What the hell! now a trip to the emergency vet. can I please get some competency because it's not here.
