RecommendedMy experience at Ark was very positive. I was unable to give my dog her medications and eye drops due to severe pain (she had surgery on her eye in Cary, NC). The staff told me to come right in and they took care of her for the next several days. Charges were minimal for this great service and the staff were wonderful. I could not have done it without them and am very thankful for their help. Yoshi's recovery was fantastic over the course of just four days.

We are not clients of Ark and just had to let our old guy go. They were the most compassionate people I ever dealt with from the receptionists to the vet tech to the Dr. They made our experience as pain free for both us and our Mush. Words cannot express how grateful we are. Thank You Ark.
They told me I had to put both my dogs down at the same time! I was devastated! Got a second opinion from Banfield and with some meds had 1 for 6 more healthy months and the other one for a year and a half. Would NEVER trust them again.
doctors are great. office staff is very rude. our cat whiskers needed emergency surgery on friday for bladder blockage. doctor met with us and explained that he would be kept for a few days, i told doctor that would be fine as i would be out of town on the weekend anyways. All was well until office staff calls at 4pm on saturday to rudely explain we HAD to pick up whiskers and transfer to another hospital as they were closed Sunday. i explained i was out of town and had discussed with the doctor. we were very disappointed in the entire Experience Over crowded, waiting room Dr was afraid if our dog, listened to his heart, but we brought for ear infection Dr stood on opposite side reached over with long q left,sent tech back .We wanted An Exam we and our dog Survived Florence, he has lost alot of weight.Never returned to talk to us, very rude.Never Again

The most caring staff of people I have ever met. SO kind! Prices cant be beat. At the end of the day...8pm...they are still so happy! I came in broke and scared to death with my dog and I left with bandages, medicine (donated) and a smile and "thank you" as I paid a bill that was next to nothing. I am indebted and I will never take my dogs anywhere else....ever!
