I've used the Ark for 30 years. Dr. Conner for 15 and Dr Jansky for 15. Love them both. Only complaint is that no one spends the night with animals in the hospital.
Everyone was very nice. They all took great care of our bunny.
The very best care is given for my baby Bella. Love their commitment.
Wonderful with all three of our very large dogs whom most people shy away from because their breeds are deemed dangerous. Very caring, concerned and helpful in any and every way.
We moved here from the Washington, DC area about 18 months ago. I am very picky about the small and large animal vets I use. We decided to use Ark for our 3 dogs and 2 cats and we couldn't be happier! There is wait and that's fine because I'd be more worried if it was empty! They take time with each pet and never rush you. Their prices are good and they even offer shots and blood work with out having to see the vet and pay for the office visit. I'm completely happy with our decision to use Ark for our furry family members!
Great place for your pets
I am a breeder that was new to the area a few years ago. Someone recommended this office to me so I started taking my dogs there. At first, it was really great. Now, whenever I call, I cannot get an appointment for a sick dog & have even been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to speak to someone. I've decided to take my dogs somewhere else now & have never had a problem getting in or waiting!
I'd vote negative stars if I could. Out of town due to circumstances beyond our control. Went by Ark Animal Hospital this morning to get 1 dose each of K-9 Advantix and Heartguard for our dog. The lady said I'd need to call my local Vet and have them fax RX for it. My Vet tried faxing and even called Ark...and Ark refused to assist us. They obviously didn't have any concern at all about my dog's well being.
