I had a great experience at Jannell Ford. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from salesperson, Mike Kinney. He helped to make the process seamless! He had the car ready for me in two days; everything he said they would take care of was done. My son used to sell Jeeps and he also thought that Mike was an excellent salesperson. I am so happy with my Jeep and with the service Jannell provided!

I have had my escape since I bought it new in 2014. I have only driven 11K miles so all I have need is Oil Changes and 5K checks and a sticker. The whole experience has been professional.
I have been a Jannell customer since 2013 (F-150) and my wife since 2004 (Escape). We just bought a 2017 Escape Sport Edition and we love it. So much innovation in the motor alone - direct injection turbocharged 1.5l 4 cyl that puts out 179 hp. It moves nice. And it looks nice too. Jack Bresnahan was our salesperson and he was great. Can't wait to buy another car!
