Service department is absolute garbage, my last experience was my only decent one in two years. The fact that there are so many 5 star reviews shows this is fake. 2 hours for an oil change? If my appointment is at 9 my car shouldn’t be where I parked it at 9:30. Check yelp they have more accurate ratings.
