RecommendedJannell has always been great. My only complaint is the last 2 times I tried to get my 🚗 cars inspected, the sticker machine was "down"- Oct 2017 and June 29th 2018. Annoying to then have to go elsewhere !

I recently had a recall for my Light Control Module. I had been putting it off for several years. Well, low and behold it happened. My low beam lights would not come on. I was lucky to be close to home. I had to hold the high beam light switch on to make it home. I called and they had me in two days later. Great service. Thanks you Jannell Ford.

I had an 8am appointment and arrived at 7:30am to find the attendant out side ready to help the customers check in. Even though I was early he did all of the prep work and put it on the desk so when the agent came in he could start. Zack arrived at about 7:40am he worked on bringing up the system and worked at getting things ready with the clients. Zack did a great job as well as the attendant.
