RecommendedGot my f 150 back in October. I Had a couple of small issues with the truck and the service department took care of everything for me. Thanks Sean the service manager. for helping me out a resolving all of the issues. It's worth the 47 minute drive from my house because all Of the cape cod dealers don't have the customer service that Jannell Ford has.
Love these guys. Time and again, they have come through when I needed repairs or had a question.

This is for Ford in general. Janel sent me to Ford for relief, which, thankfully, I sort of got. I bought a 2014 Focus and it has had clutch problems since the beginning. It has stuttered since 10k miles and has been in 4 times for repair. The final time, it was replaced under warranty, 29K miles ago. They tell me that under warranty, the repair is guaranteed for only 1 yr, but evidently, if I pay for it, it is guaranteed for 2 years. At 80k miles, I am replacing the clutch for the second time.
