Had the best experience buying a car from Jannell Ford ever. friendly courteous, professional all the way. Quickest I have ever bought a car, no fuss or back and forth just got it done! Just bought a new 19 explorer xlt sports appearance package from Jannell and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. These folks are super nice. While they could not fix my major and complicated issues with my car, they were professional, timely, and kind in a tough situation. It makes me wish I had just gone to them in the first place.
I was there on Monday for service on my F250. The service manager Shawn H did not want me to wait for an extended amount of time so he offered to deliver my truck when the service was finished.
