Horrible customer service! Buyer beware!
They suck! They lie and their sales team are crooks! They are racist too!
Jannell Ford took advantage of my 74yr old mother and when she thought she was putting a hold on a car so she could think about it until the the next day- they actually had her sign paperwork “to make it go faster if she decided to buy” - the next day they told her she “bought” the car and they were enforcing the contract !!! BEWARE BUYERS!!
This guys scam an old lady, they dont deserve to continue operating!
RecommendedI have been going to Jannell Motors for many years. My parents were friends with Jim Clapp and his wife, I went to school with one of the Clapps and I remember Mr. Jannell and his race horses when I was a kid. There is allot of trust and integrity and history. Today, all those features are alive and well.
Professional salesmen Eddie Clarke is the man to see for your next purchase. A friendly, knowledgeable sales staff with years of experience. My third new vehicle purchase I won’t shop anywhere else.
So I have to revise my review, originally I was having an issue with the service department getting our car fixed and I was not very happy. However, Shawn the service manager got involved and was able to recify the situation, because of that and the salesman we’ve used has been great to deal with, I’d recommend using Jannell Ford. Thanks Shawn for helping out and thanks to your service department for finally being able to diagnose and fix the issue with the car. 😊
