Looking to purchase a new Ford F-150 from Jannell Ford started out as a pleasant experience when working with the internet sales team. I was able to find the truck I wanted, agreed on my trade in value of my 2015 F-150 and have the monthly payments that would fit my budget. Quality service at a fair price
My salesman, Harry, was very knowledgeable about the Ranger I was interested in. His insight on the vehicle was refreshing, as most salesmen are just interested in the sale.
They tried to hide $8000 worth of damage on a F250 that a veteran was attempting to purchase. If not for Navy Federal Credit Union, this dealership would have successfully scammed a Marine Corps Veteran. Shame on them.
