RecommendedEveryone from Sales to service are very friendly. When getting my car serviced they provide a ride to take me home if I don’t want to wait. I recently had my car there for a few days & they gave me an awesome loaner (I didn’t want to give it back!). Great place, I’ve bought 2 cars so far & now my daughter is looking there!!

Horrable costumer service! Check engine light came on stoped to have them check it on a brand new truck as it happend as I as in front of them on 53. They couldn’t be bothered to help.

They are honest and not aggressive. Great service, fast and never have a problem helping. I have been doing business with them for 40 years. I have bought 3 explorers, 2 cars and 7 trucks from them and have never had a problem with their service or customer care.

They are knowledgeable and friendly people. I didn't find them pushy at all. I dealt with Rob Sylvia at the beginning and because we bought our first Ford Edge from Bill Pelligrino 11 years ago, he gave our possible business back to him. Because we bought a Ford Edge previously and loved it, we bought a new 2018 and love this one also. I highly recommend at the very least, one of these salesmen. the service manager was also awesome.
