Give sales associates a checklist when dealing with your top 3 sales types to tell customers in advance things to consider and to bring should you succeed in the usual "what do i need to do today to close this sale" i waited 6 total hours for the delivery as i live north of boston. The truck was finally ready and as i am loading up I am asked to leave a check because i only had one key on me. I brought my husbands car in for a recall on the headlights. Brought it back again. Second time because all the other lights worked only part of the time. They said they fixed it. I left and they did not work by the time my husband went to use his car. I told them all the lights besides the head lights worked when I brought it to them the first time. I had s hi my Tire change,Oil change and InsPection. and drop off the car.After six our calls me has to keep over night. Next day till noon no one call. Finally someone call. Pick up the car while driving home Air pressure sensor fault sign came .Next day has to go back.
Bought a brand new truck back in November 2019 a F350 Super duty diesel it had under 2000 miles on it and the engine light went on took it back realize there was a pipe connecting to the exhaust to trigger D engine light I also had a lot of trouble with losing air my tires constantly putting Air in them They fix the exhaust which is over $8000 and fix the leak so far I picked up the truck I was still having trouble with the air in the tires and I didn’t reset the engine light so I took it back again now this is a brand new t... read more
