Car was great shape. Deal was simple and easy gave me a fair price for trade in. Would do business with them again. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 they weren’t as smooth as other dealers on getting me my registration. Issues with safety insurance and had to stay on top of them.

Give sales associates a checklist when dealing with your top 3 sales types to tell customers in advance things to consider and to bring should you succeed in the usual "what do i need to do today to close this sale" i waited 6 total hours for the delivery as i live north of boston. The truck was finally ready and as i am loading up I am asked to leave a check because i only had one key on me. I refuse they were rude. lastly upon leaving i hear a horrible hub bearing noise. i returned and they agreed and replaced. interesting... read more

I brought my husbands car in for a recall on the headlights. Brought it back again. Second time because all the other lights worked only part of the time. They said they fixed it. I left and they did not work by the time my husband went to use his car. I told them all the lights besides the head lights worked when I brought it to them the first time. They could not be bothered to fix it right and put it back together the correct way. They then said it was something else and set up an appointment. No thanks. I had to pay some... read more
