Car was great shape. Deal was simple and easy gave me a fair price for trade in. Would do business with them again. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 they weren’t as smooth as other dealers on getting me my registration. Issues with safety insurance and had to stay on top of them.

Give sales associates a checklist when dealing with your top 3 sales types to tell customers in advance things to consider and to bring should you succeed in the usual "what do i need to do today to close this sale" i waited 6 total hours for the delivery as i live north of boston. The truck was finally ready and as i am loading up I am asked to leave a check because i only had one key on me. I brought my husbands car in for a recall on the headlights. Brought it back again. Second time because all the other lights worked only part of the time. They said they fixed it. I left and they did not work by the time my husband went to use his car. I told them all the lights besides the head lights worked when I brought it to them the first time.
