WOW!! I walked in and met Charlie Williams at the front door, and was he very helpful to me in my selection of a 2017 Ford Escape. My 2012 Fusion was just turning 80. And Then Eddie Clark the sales manager stepped up to the plate and helped me with my First Responders incentive. GREAT TEAM THANK YOU JANNELL FORD
The service department is great. The guys are helpful and accommodating. I should know. My car bought in July has spent as much time in as out of the dealer. They sold me a lemon and have done next to nothing to rectify the situation. Oh and BTW my check engine light is on again three weeks after a two and a half week service visit!!!!
Kam, Eddie & Janice stepped up to help us get into a Fusion Energi at a great rate. Really listened to our needs and sealed the deal. Good experience.
The service people were polite and after I picked up my car it looked like new even though it's a 2012 fusion! Thanks guys!
Has to be the worst, rudest people in service dept. All three of them. The parts dept. is always a pleasure to do biz with.
