I’ve been with Janice for almost 20 years. She is compassionate! She is thorough and competent. I’m am always pleased with her attention to my concerns. Great diagnosis skills. Refers you to specialist if needed. I heartily recommend her.
Compassionate, felt heard.
Did not listen to me and made comments to me that I questioned. She walked out of office and said I will not talk to you. Several times during visit I tried to answer her questions and her response was "I don't care." I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of understanding from a health provider.

Wouldn't give me consideration when I called for just 30 day refill on my meds because I couldn't go in for an appointment. My father passed away & I spent spent all of my available time with him before he passed away. Was going out of town for his burial. I thought she finally gave me refills. I picked up my Rx & found only one of my meds refilled. By then the office closed & I was leaving town. Medical assistant was rude and inconsiderate over the phone. No respect!!
