My daughter has had a huge amount of orthodontic treatment with Janet. She is excellent. Her expertise is evident, she is straightforward in her communication and the clinic runs extremely efficiently, always on time. My daughter's teeth have been transformed. Thank you.

Another terrible experience with this practice. Paid £2500 for fixed braces, and within a couple of years despite using provided retainers, teeth returned to pre braces condition; an issue with lower teeth was the cause of pushing upper teeth back out of place (which according to my new dentist should have be blatantly obvious, identified, and very easily corrected by Gledhill in the first instance). The wires on my brace were never trimmed for the entirety of my treatment and kept getting caught on my cheeks which have left permanent damage. It’s been around 5 years since I had my treatment. Whenever I saw Janet as a teenager (17-19) I was always anxious and it always felt rushed. I don’t know if this was due to my age at the time.
