Jane made me feel very comfortable and gave ample time for each session. I received hypnotherapy for insomnia and anxiety, and I have slept a lot better since. If I had more money I would do it again as soon as possible, and even with out visiting again I was provided with a few recordings to help if my symptoms worsened. This was also my first time with this type of therapy and I am quite pleased with how it turned out.

Jane is a highly skilled hypnotherapist. She wonders for my 8 year old son. Remotely she made him a recording that he listened to in the evening as part of his bedtime routine which stopped the bedwetting, thank you Jane, my son is so much happier and confident 😊
