I bought a car for taxi. But it was missing a parcel shelf. Being contacting them multiple times, being told by them, it was already in the car. What I was supposed to do with it if it was in it, it should be in it. failed my MOT. I asked for replacement, I told them I will pay for replacement please let me pass my test.
