I wanted to share what a great experience we had with James Terry Court. The staff were extremely helpful and caring. Any problems we had were dealt with promptly and in a very professional manner by the management team. Would highly recommend.
The build up to putting our Mum into care was a incredibly difficult and long journey, I researched as many homes as I could, when I walked into James Terry Court, I was welcomed by a lovely sense of being home an effort by the incredible team of managing stuff and carers especially bernadette as her level of personal touch to support my mum and my family was lovely . cannot recommend James Terry court enough. The staff are always kind, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs. The environment feels welcoming and safe, and the facilities are well-kept and clean.
James Terry Court is resident centred and the staff are very friendly and approachable. Management and carers are kind and caring, the facilites are good and kitchen and dining area is very clean.
