Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The office space is fun and probably the only waiting room I have ever been to where I don't mind waiting! Meagan and Saurah are awesome--explained everything clearly and seem enthusiastic about their jobs and it is a great reflection on the practice!
I Love James River Orthodontist! The ENTIRE staff are friendly and they make it a point to make you feel welcomed from the moment you step through the door. Dr. Scarborough and staff are Very knowledgeable and he actually takes the time to explain the treatment plan. My kids get excited when I say we are going here! I would highly Recommend this place.
about 5~6 months into invisalign, other drs told me I did not qualify for invisalign but here I am and so far so good~ Dr. S and staff are always easy going and patient, great new office location
