The people who work here are incredible! I had a special needs child with me when I went to have my button for my rubber bands reattached. He was not sitting still and was not happy about having to be there with me. One of the ladies walked him around for the few minutes my appointment took. They went above and beyond to help us out and to make him happy while he waited for me. Thank you ladies! You are wonderful!
It is always a joy to visit JRO office. Besides great dental care, awesome professionalism, I am impressed with their technology, friendly, and caring manner. I see a learning environment for all clients as they are an example in word and deed. When I saw Dr. Scarborough and his staff look so slim and trim, I decided to exercise five days a week not know that it was great preparation for my stress. I did very well at age 74. Thank you Dr. Scarborough and staff at JRO! Love you all.

Aaron got his braces off on Monday and the transformation was amazing! We started his treatment almost two years ago, wondering if braces were absolutely necessary. However the before and after pictures Dr. Scarborough reviewed with us showed us the drastic change is Aaron's teeth. He is loving his new smile!
