Great and friendly staff. I felt welcomed through the door and they put my son at ease about the process. Lovely environment as well!

The BEST orthodontist in Virginia. They're extremely flexible and the staff are the NICEST people in the world. They even try to help you with what you can afford for treatment. They're absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them! A five star rating doesn't do it justice!

As an existing patient, I knew that my son would also love JRO. When he came in, he was almost in tears and would not smile. He was very self conscious about his teeth. Dr Scarborough was so understanding and talked to us about the importance of self image and confidence as well as the dental needs braces could offer. Thanks to JRO, he smiles proudly and brushes regularly to show off his braces! He needed the extra care.
We absolutely love this place! We have never had a bad visit and everyone there is super sweet and very helpful. Dr. Scarborough is extremely nice and very attentive to his patients. We have seen all of the techs and they are all fantastic. We couldn't be happier with our experience thus far.
This is THE BEST of THE BEST... You are not gonna find a more friendly and commited staff in any other office. We really enjoy coming to the appointments to laugh and chat with The Dr and his staff. Well Done you guys.. Im giving you an EXTRA STAR...jus cuz I can.

Whatever problem you got with your teeth, they will work with you to find the best solution for you. Love love this place.
