Each time we visit, JRO makes us feel welcome and they take great care of our daughter. Ivy took great care of her on the last visit, she even mailed a note to our home telling her to have a wonderful time at camp. The service is excellent! I highly recommend JRO for your orthodontic needs.

Dr. Scarborough and Team are the BEST! You are always greeted with a smile and can always expect to receive top notch care. The office is so comfortable and conveniently located. From the moment you walk into the office, you feel welcomed. The team is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have only visited for an initial consultation but walked out feeling extremely confident in my decision to start Invisalign or any other treatment recommended from them.

We always feel welcomed and at home. They make you feel so comfortable and everybody is so friendly. We never feel like a number here. Everyone is always smiling and happy. Dr. Scarborough explained step by step what they are going to do. Bella is so excited and she isn't even scared anymore. That's because everybody is so caring and loving here.
