Satisfied customer I replaced all of the original single-pane wood windows in my 1950-built house in 2004 with dual pane vinyl replacement windows from James Price. This was 11 windows in all, which included two sliding patio doors. One of the patio doors even had a very nifty dual-pane fixed panel into which a doggie door was inserted! Windows We had windows installed by JP and love them. The crew was on time and had 10 windows installed in 3 hours. They also installed third party sliding doors and did a great job. If Jose installs your windows and doors you will be happy.

Replacement Windows We were delighted with the windows and the install - but what made it exceptional was the fact that a window opening the wrong way was replaced with one opening correctly without any additional charge. This high degree of customer service and positive response in order to make us completely happy is rare. Any company that puts their customers before money has got to be a great company, and one that we would recommend to our family and friends.
ap One of the best decisions we made was to update the windows in our home. Karen was our sales rep who helped us through the process, from choosing the windows to the install. She is first class (and very patient!) After four years we needed a small repair with the framing on one of the windows. Karen returned our call and had it scheduled promptly! I would recommend James Price to anyone looking to have new windows installed.
This place is known for having good-quality windows at reasonable prices. We bought several windows and a patio door from them, and we were very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. Some people had difficulty in dealing with thepeople there (hence second-highest rating), but I personally had a positive experience with them.
