Great windows and installation These guys did a great job on the installation and Karen demonstrated the windows very well. The custom windows came out to about $500/window which seemed to be among the lower quotes we received. They did the installation in one day. The only kink in the whole process is that they didn't call the day before to arrange for when the workers would arrive, where to leave the key, etc. Also, if you have an alarm system, you need to take into account that you can't drill into the vinyl windows. Great Service and Windows Karen and her crew have completed several jobs for us. We had a complete home window project that her team was able to complete in just one day. It included over 10 windows, the installation of sliding patio doors, and the demo and installation of a brand new window opening. We've been very pleased with James Price, which is why we used them on our final two windows recently in our rental unit.

Wonderful Company! It's been 9 years since we had JPW replace all of the windows and a sliding patio door in our home. We are so pleased with the continued excellent customer service we've received from Karen and Joe over the years. They are always quick to return phone calls, and service has been prompt and courteous. We have recommended JPW to all of our family and friends.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE We had James Price Windows replace all the windows in our home and a rental property. They were wonderful to work. Extremely professional from giving us a quote to the completed job. Karen was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had and was a pleasure working with her.
horrible job I wish I would have gone to lowes or home depot instead. The installers (only one of them spoke english) left a mess at my home on the inside and outside. Also, two of the windows are crooked, and one of the windows has scratches from their drill motor on it. I told the installers I wasn't happy, but they just shrugged their shoulders. The one guy who spoke english said someone would get in touch with me, but no one has called and It's been 2 months now. I guess I'll have to live with this.
Wonderful Customer Service Just had all the windows replaced in our home, fifteen in all and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience and installation only took one day! Karen was very helpful with suggestions and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. The crew who installed the windows were quick and professional and very friendly. We highly recommend James Price Windows for any of our family and friends.
