James Price Windows - Karen & The Installation Crew I just received my windows and they are beautiful. The whole process was so easy. Karen was fabulous to work with, and very knowledgable explaining all the different features thoroughly. Also, the installers were a terrific crew! So neat and clean you you wouldn't have known any work went on after they left - spotless. Before they left, they showed us the ease of use and how best to keep the windows and tracks clean! 100% satisfaction! Look no further!
quick, clean and responsive! Had all of the windows in my condo replaced back in 2010 (got that energy rebate just in time!!), and used James Price on my neighbor's recommendation. Quick and clean install at a reasonable price. When one of my large slider doors glass shattered "spontaneously" recently (happens sometimes, I hear), they were quick to respond and install a replacement. Good service!

Very happy We first had James Price replace most of the windows on the upstairs of our 75 year-old house. They showed up on time, did the job and left no mess behind. We liked the windows so much, that a few years later we called them back to do the downstairs windows. At one point some of the windows were getting hard to close and they promptly sent someone out to adjust them at no cost. The windows are great and we're very happy.
Great Costomer Service We had our windows installed 11 years ago and were very happy with the entire experience from sales to installation and now with their follow through. C I purchased windows for my home back in 2004 and was very happy with Karen and the service that was provided. The crew came in and had the work completed well within the time that was quoted. I was so happy with the work that several years later I called Karen again and ordered two sliders. Again, the crew came and completed the work. Awesome customer service! I used James Price for replacing all our windows in 2004. I'm coming back years later to write a review since their customer service is unprecedented. Whenever there is an issue, I just give them a call and they are practically here within hours to fix the problem. I highly recommend these guys in Torrance for any of your window needs. They are the BEST!
FC Yang James Price Windows had done a tremendous job in replacing our windows and sliding doors.Their sales representative, Karen, is very polite, courteous, professional, not pushy, and has an extensive knowledge of city construction codes. The installers were on time, very efficient, and had expertly performed the replacements. After the installation, they had nicely cleaned the debris. I am really satisfied with their works. I would recommend James Price windows to anyone who is looking for window and door replacements.
