This is the worst service I have in my life Time is of the essence in this case because it is involved a vacant house waiting for this window/door installation before put in market. Karen was nice when she came to do the measurement and said that she would rush to have the installation in about 2 weeks. However, it didn't happen until 4 weeks. With the last rain there was not leak to our kitchen as there had been in past. We enjoy the ease with which the windows open and close. We have had these type of windows from your company installed in our previous houses over the years , Our earlier houses were smaller, customer since 2000 till now. Karen does a great job of follow up.
SUPERB Top Notch Company!! I bought my home in 2006. New windows were installed by James Price Windows in 2004. My sliding glass window was shattered by my gardners. I called up James Price Windows to get a replacement window. They told me that the installation would be free since there was a warranty on them. I didn't even know that. I have 3 small children and Joe and Karen rushed a replacement window. They set up an appointment on my schedule the very day the windows came in. they're the worst!!!!!! Run, don't walk from this company! You may have to hire an attorney to get your money back. Karen (the licensed contractor at James Price Windows in Torrance) sold us sliding glass doors that could not fit. She insisted that the building codes weren't relevant all though the buliding inspector from our city said it was unsafe and illegal to attempt to install the doors the way they intended.
