Homeowner Recently we purchased windows through JPW. We found the experience to be very positive. Karen was very knowledgable about her various products and was a great help in making decisions. Very Satisfied I ordered Anlin windows ffrom James Price windows about ten years ago. I have always been very happy with them and have never had a problem. Recently, I needed to change the handle on my sliding glass door. I placed the order and within a week had my handlle. I highly recommend James Price to anyone and would not considering getting windows anywhere else.
Excellent Service We replaced all our home windows and 3 sliding glass doors in 2005. We had some questions regarding the caulking and called after 7 years and there was service without questions and with a smile. It has been great working with a wonderful team and Karen was especially great to deal with.

100% Satisfied Wonderful company! First off, Karen was the best to deal with. She gave us plenty of ideas and suggestions - making a decision was so easy! The crew was THE BEST! They showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves! I called them back a second time because of a mistake I made. Screen defect After living in my condo for 10 years, i finally decided to replace my windows. I shopped around and decided to Go with James Price for their competitive price and friendliness! Their manufacturer Anlin, was able to provide me with retrofit windows that look great, cut the outside noise and keep the temperatures in or out!!! You will love them too! We were sold on James Price Windows by the price, the product and the friendly sales rep, Karen. We replaced every window in the house plus a sliding glass door. The windows and door were installed on the date that they were promised to us and the installation was quick and easy. After installation we had a couple of concerns that were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We have had the windows for a year now and love them today as much as the day they were installed.
Happy Customer My James Price sliding glass door needed a little repair so I I called Karen asking if "I could get it repaired?" Karen remembered me after five years and promptly scheduled someone to come out to fix my door. Karen gave me a two hour window of time (3:00-5:00) for the repair crew to arrive. The crew were at my house at 3:00 exactly and were done by 3:10. I truly appreciated the customer service. I will use James Price Windows again in the future.
