I rented a flat through James Pendleton for a few years, and it was the most seamless and easy experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent in London. Couldn’t recommend James Pendleton enough. I’ve moved a few times now but the team at the Clapham South branch are some of the best I’ve worked with. On viewing a house, Elliot came across very professional, easy going and not pushy at all. He knew all his facts about the property and spent time talking us through some key points.
