Contacted them to fix a leak, person answered while driving but said nothing until I spoke, could barely be bothered to string a full sentence together, but did ask me to text my details and they would message back once they parked up. Told me they could be there two days later in the afternoon which I agreed to. Never got a confirmation text back, no one turned up, nor did I get any correspondence to say they couldn’t do the job.
