Our experience with James Neave estate agent in Walton was extremely disappointing and upsetting. From the outset, the communication was consistently rude and unprofessional. At no point did we feel respected or valued as tenants. The staff spoke to us in a condescending tone, often making us feel uncomfortable and belittled.
