Professor James Myerscough is truly brilliant. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was so very nervous of having cataract surgery but Mr Myerscough put me completely at ease explaining the procedure and the options available to me. He explained in detail what would happen in surgery and the fact that it is totally pain free because anaesthetic drops are put in beforehand by lovely, caring nurses (absolutely no injections) and the surgery is over in 10 to 15 minutes. It was fantastic customer service and execution from James and his helpful team from start to finish with a constant dialogue throughout the process. He covered the risks and was clear in giving me the options for surgery on my eyes. The operation has been a success and post care has been great too.
