Quality products and first-class people. James and his team are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We have high expectations and standards for our purchases. Just had our window shutters fitted by Mike, they look absolutely amazing, great service from visiting the showroom in Colchester, to Mike measuring up a few days later, advised they would take 12 weeks due to the Chinese New Year, from date of placing order to fitting today, exactly 12 weeks! Excellent post-sales service. This company fitted 17 blinds for us five years ago. One jammed recently, just one month outside the 5 year guarantee period. James Martin Blinds we’re extremely helpful in trying to fix this and in the end convinced the manufacturer to send us a new replacement free of charge. Well beyond the call of duty. Excellent service by a local company.
