Once they have your money, they don't care. Lots of window, ceiling vents and general issues just get brushed aside. Unable to contact the site managers and the window company they used has gone bust with problems outstanding. Customers left upset and annoyed with a lack of correspondence. Not even 2 years in (some with less). Think carefully about buying from them🤬

Absolutely appalling customer service after completion. My partner and I purchased our first home together in March last year and everything was fine until completion, however as soon as the keys were handed over they completely seemed to forget about us although we have multiple significant issues outstanding (including a crumbling boundary wall). Customer care is shocking we put the full asking price on a house only two weeks later to be told the house as been took of the market very little commutations from the builder or MD
