I called up James after another plumber dropped out last minute - he came quickly and saved the day! We needed a dishwasher installed into a tiny old kitchen that had never previously had one - its been multiple weeks since installation and we couldn't be happier! Having spent the whole time he was here chatting to James I can confidently say that he is a delight to have in the house, and a good laugh too. Thanks for helping us out of a (literally) tight spot James!

Like Martin, we would leave 0 stars if we could. Unable to complete the most basic of jobs, despite being booked to come 4 times. Twice James didn't turn up without warning or communication and when he did, he hadn't brought the part he knew he needed, despite coming initially to look at what was required. On the last occasion he also trod mud onto our hallway carpet before leaving, with the job still incomplete. On the completion day of our new home my partner and I found out we had a leak. This was a stressful experience for us but James came to visit within a couple of hours to scope out the problem and offer us some solutions. It required some intricate plumbing but James achieved this to a high standard, within the timeframe we needed and whilst offering the best possible price he could. James came out very quickly when our water cylinder suddenly started to leak, and sorted out the problem expertly, and at reasonable cost considering the lateness of the hour.

Called James with an inconvenient (& late evening) plumbing emergency and he came rapidly, and fixed the leak! Great service, friendly guy & even friendlier pug
