Having lived in our James Francis home for 4 years we are having to change all the exterior woodwork and architrave as internal wood has been used externally and has rotted. We also had to replace half our wooden windows due to leakage. This company was great before the snagging period was up but after that the gloves were off!!!

James Frances has been absolutely fantastic to work with. They manage the letting of my property and I couldn’t be happier. I was new to lettings and they took the headache away and reassured me throughout the process. I have complete trust in this company and now would not use anyone else. Further to previous malicious, adverse comments, they are completely honest, hard working and always produce the best quality results for clients. Their staff and management are polite, friendly and always do their best.
