5-star experience and service from start to finish! James was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and friendly during our initial consultation, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our fitter, Ben, arrived on time each day, was polite and professional, and did a fantastic job installing both the flooring and carpet. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and couldn’t recommend James more highly for anyone looking for quality carpets and service!
I would highly recommend James for Carpets. We have used them twice in the last six months: once for LVT flooring in our new kitchen and again for carpet in our living room. During our kitchen refurbishment, they worked alongside our kitchen fitters with no problems at all. The team is great, working in a tidy manner, polite, friendly, and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I have no doubt we will use them again in the future.
