Very great place for Veterans. They get respect there
Horrible experience! Wait time was agonizing! Very unorganized and I had to miss work because it took too long. They were calling around to the departments to find me a boot and no one was around because everyone was at lunch. I was there at 9 and waited until 1:00 to find out I had a hairline fracture.
Horrible place for vets to get help. I have the blue team and it's the worst medical service possible. The staff act like your an inconvenience to a job created for them. The staff and doctors retaliate if you complain about their shortcomings. Heaven forbid if you need help after 4pm. Went in for service connected torn rotator cuff and sever constant pain, the doctor says can you put your hands together in the front? I say yes I can. he smiles and says your fine then.
My appointment was for 3:30 p.m. and I actually got in before 3:30. I had an issue with my hearing aids which cause them to need adjusted. They were quickly adjusted and new tube split on and I was on my way before 4 p.m. . You can't get that kind of service anywhere. I was very pleased.
Went to try and find out why my knee has lost feeling they did nothing to find the cause just upped my disability rating not happy also have heard employees in the social work dept whose job it is to make sure veterans are being treated right say that they hate veterans and that all veterans are just looking for free stuff and money.
