Gave the Johnstown Clinic a CD copy of all my radiological imaging from my time in as AD to use for their referal processes. In standard VA fashion they lost all my images and put it on me to acquire these images from the archives. Worst service ever - would much rather be back at an AD clinic.
As a Veteran, James E Van Zandt VA Medical Center has been treating me since 2000 with the best care I could ever expect!! The staff are caring and knowledgeable, they refer me to specialists when needed in a timely manner! Veterans are their priorities!
