I'd be lost without them.
My husband had an appt here, I will give them credit for fitting him in on short notice.. However- We definitely had an issue with the ‘RN’ who treated him, who was wearing street clothes, not scrubs or even a lab coat( with flip flops no less!!) and proceeded to try to give my husband an injection while never washing her hands or wearing gloves, while telling us “I’ve never actually done this before”. What??? How are you an RN who never gave a shot? Doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence in your cleanliness or your faculty.. �... read more

This VA Leads the way! They are professional, compassionate and here for Veterans. I am glad this VA is where I now live. I no longer fear going to an appointment or calling about an issue. Just restarting the whole Comp review but not afraid of the process now as I feel this VA will not lie to my face, refuse me treatment for a service connected disability and just treat me with basic human respect. Thank you.
I hate having to go to doctors. The folks at Mill Creek are great! ... and I have had to go to Altoona for Urgent Care, I couldn't have received better care, I also have needed Physical Therapy on 2 occassions, these folks are the best!! Jess, David, thanks for the great care!! I needed some help with "procedural" stuff and went to our Advocate.... Warren, I thank you!
The VA has been fantastic with my father. The people are wonderful!
