Great staff, totally organized and efficient; hygienists are great! also dentists are caring, professional and competent. Never have to wait and if I have an emergency they see me right away - same or next day
My experience here at main street dental is always the best. The staff is well-versed in all things TEETH, and they are all very nice. I always get into a great conversation about what i’m up to, dentist questions and Disney! Thank you to Jen and Rob for seeing me and being AWESOME today!
I had an appointment today for a semiannual checkup and cleaning at Main Street Dental in Wallingford CT. I have been a patient here for about 30 years and can't say enough about Dr Dow and his staff. From the front office staff to the hygienists and assistants, the level of care is second to none. The staff is friendly and caring, upbeat and professional. I hope to be a patient there for another 30 years so I guess that means Dr Dow will be doing my dentures as well!! 😁. Maryann Bisignano.
I have been going to this place for years. Never had an issue until just recently. I do not have dental insurance and they told me I needed a 1800 dollar crown. I posted on Facebook asking others on their experience and for their opinions on this matter. I did NOT mention the practice name because I wasn't trying to bad mouth them. As a follow up...an office assistant from this practice must have seen my post and showed it to the dentist. The dentist sent me an email kicking me out of the practice. Dr. Dow and his staff are terrific! They are friendly and make you very comfortable no matter if it’s a simple cleaning or a more involved procedure….it’s a pleasant experience!
