I used James Cargo recently to ship my cat from the UK to Canada and was extremely happy with the service. Communication throughout the process was excellent, all my (many!) questions were answered quickly, and the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them and would like to thank Jane and Julie in particular for all their help.

This is how you speak to people. This is how emotional intelligence meets communication skills. Well done Jessica and Morgan! After the nightmare we had during the whole process with a 3rd party in Dubai - it was sorted very quickly by them. If it’s anything that I appreciated during this whole experience, it’s JCS. Julie from James Cargo helped me organise shipping my two dogs to Oman. The service was fantastic and didn’t even mind the multiple emails and calls of a worried parent! All paperwork was completed and dogs were delivered to me ready to board as excess baggage. Full on 5 star service! Would give them 6 if I could! Thank you.
