From the first time I met James at the property we were selling I was impressed with his presentation and from the time the property went on the market James and his team worked non stop with viewings and to the time that we accepted an offer. The team kept us informed and updated all the way through the process and would like to thank them for the hard work they had all put in.
I've dealt with James Bailey Property both purchasing and selling a property; and it was a pleasure to deal with them on both accounts. You'd anticipate from an independent agent that perhaps fees would be higher or their capacity would be less - but they are a beast! Their customer service, pro-active approach, communication and regular check-in's were exemplary and I would highly recommend James and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the director, James, was incredibly helpful whilst my boyfriend and I were going through the application process and they were always transparent with us every step of the way.
