As a first-time buyer, I was nervous about the whole process, but Jess and Katharine made me feel completely supported from day one. The team at James Bailey Sales & Lettings is not only professional but genuinely friendly and patient, always taking the time to answer my questions and guide me through each step. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would highly recommend them!
Found it very weird that after we put in an offer on a property James Bailey were selling, and it was accepted, they refused to flag the property as under offer. For a big chunk of the process the property was still marketed for sale even though we had spent money on solicitors and surveys. I don't know of any other Estate Agent who do this and we really didn't appreciate it. That said, Katharine, Sabrina and Jess were great and deserve 5 stars. James Bailey and this process is why I'm only giving them 3 stars.
