Really happy with our new carpets and the service we received. The whole process from initial contact to completion was efficient, professional and stress free. I would highly recommend using James Ayres Flooring and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself.
I have now used James Ayres twice. They provide a professional and personal service. Carpet was fitted quickly and all the employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. They cannot be beaten on quality or price.
Unfortunately quite a bad experience in the end after a great start. Communication between the shop and fitters seems to be almost non-existent. We had two rooms fitted quickly after move in which was great and then ended up waiting almost two months for the rest of the job to be finished, which seemed to be the result of disorganisation and lack of communication. This is the fourth carpet we've had fitted in a year all ten out of ten by Steve and Chris real friendly chaps and bloody good at fitting carpets many thanks Colin and Marian Lalleford road.
Chris and his team were amazing from start to finish. Chris is an expert and provided me with practical and great advice. The service were seamless and my carpets were astonishingly beautiful, well laid and luxurious . Job was done with integrity and professionalism !
