Absolutely amazing experience at this antique furniture shop! They really have beautiful unique pieces and I would recommend anyone in the area to pop in and have a look!
I’ve been waiting for a part to be delivered to my home, which is in the final stages of a renovation. My contractors have been given multiple delivery dates by Jamb, but each time the part doesn’t show up. This has happened three times now, and it’s really frustrating, especially given the price. Disappointed with the service.
In a word fabulous!
End result did not justify the cost nor the appalling mess they made of the buying experience. Would not recommend!
I would strongly recommend not using this company. Awful customer service. They quoted for a fireplace basket and I paid the invoice. It took months to make the basket- with me doing the chasing and no updates from JAMB. Finally told the basket was ready BUT I then had to add delivery and set up on top. Reluctantly agreed - the basket was then left in my garage, no attempt to knock on my door, no calling card. Francesca in customer service is particularly rude. Avoid at all costs
