Since Louis took over my treatment, the experience has been excellent – he really listened, paid great attention to detail, encouraged me throughout and helped me make real progress.
Shraddha gave me a wonderful sports massage on my stiff shoulders. Very strong perfect! Usually have Reece who is amazing too! Just wish they were longer… never feels long enough, always want more. Both really friendly too :-)
I just went to Jam Physio today. It was really professional. The reception team were very friendly. I had a sports massage and it was spectacular. It was a perfect blend between bliss and torture! Great price and I'm really happy overall.
The reception team are welcoming, helpful and efficient, providing a positive first impression and my initial assessment with Matt was thorough and informative. Matt provided me not just with explanation of my condition but showed me evidence and research to back up his recommendations.I have been impressed by Matt’s professionalism and care. Two weeks in and I now have significant improvement in the range of movement in my knee and much less discomfort.
Couldn’t recommend enough, I suffered from back pain and a tad bit of sciatica for a while . Went in got assessed by the lovely physios Peter and Reece who not only put me on a plan to rehab but also strengthen the areas that caused me issues. I’ve been able to resume training now without the fear of being in tremendous pain
